According to an article in The Telegraph, a group of scientists working out of Northeastern University in Boston have figured out a new way to develop antibiotics. The first of these new compounds is known as Teixobactin and it has shown to be effective against some kinds of staph and tuberculosis. But, what makes this news quite exciting is that this new research technique has the potential of being used to find many more new antibiotics in the future.
